The we believe you fund is working to identify and eliminate the culture of harassment, assault and victim shaming that results in and maintains rape culture in workplaces. We will hold companies and organizations accountable for what happens within their walls and provide them with the tools and resources to address the systemic challenges that allow sexual harassment and assault to go unchecked. By redefining corporate responsibility and envisioning what systemic change truly looks like, we will encourage and model direct interventions.
We can only change if we’re committed to being Disruptive. Transformative. Accountable to Survivors.
The we believe you fund is surveying the leading companies across several industries, regarding their corporate practices and policies to assess if they may lead to workplace harassment and abuses of power. They have one month to respond. We will release the findings in October to coincide with the one-year anniversary of the Harvey Weinstein firestorm that sparked the #MeToo movement.
In addition to gathering this data, we have also invited these companies to engage in a constructive partnership with us to address these systemic issues.
